The table of indices below are typical of the type of information you will have access to if you subscribe for access to this site.

The site is updated quarterly, accompanied by forecasts (as detailed below) and a commentary on its various components as related to the update.

The site also includes:

  • indices commencing 1960 for building prices and 1988 for other indices
  • monthly forecasts for first year of forecasts
  • quarterly forecasts for second year of forecasts
  • calendar or financial year forecasts for third to sixth years of forecasts
As well as easily used tools for:
  • updating prices and pricing rates
  • calculating percentage movements in an index over time
  • preparing time series charts of selected indexes
